Ninety-five years ago the foundation of our «forest brotherhood» was laid. Our college has come a long way from a technical school to a branch of Belarusian State Technological University. Nearly a full century separates us from the day when the first students crossed the threshold of our institution to devote their lives to the noble work of studying, preserving and increasing the forest wealth of our country. From its earliest days, Bobruisk State Forestry College has been inseparably linked to the history of our country. We have lived through difficult years of formation, wars and change, yet we have always remained true to our mission — to prepare professionals who can not only work with the forest but also protect it for future generations. Today, in the age of digitalization and new challenges, we continue to grow by introducing modern learning technologies and strengthening ties with industry and science. Ninety-five years is not just a number. It is thousands of lives, continuity between generations and the shaping of strong professional traditions. Many graduates return to us as teachers, mentors and partners. Their experience and knowledge are an invaluable contribution to the college. And our students are the future of the forestry sector — those who tomorrow will stand guard over Belarus's green wealth. We are rightly proud of our graduates who work in forestry, wood processing, and at enterprises and organizations across the region and the country, strengthening the economy and preserving our natural heritage. Bobruisk State Forestry College today is a modern educational centre. We adopt innovative technologies, renew our facilities, develop up-to-date programmes and strengthen links with production so that our graduates are in demand, competitive and truly proud of their chosen profession. Ninety-five years is exactly enough time to have wisdom and experience yet keep the spirit of youth; to remember one's roots yet look boldly to the future! Ahead of us is our centenary. I am confident we will mark it with new achievements, the success of our students and pride in our institution! Onward — to the hundred-year milestone!
