ㅤThe primary trade union organization is a public organization of student youth, a reliable social partner, the main purpose of which is to protect the professional, labor, socio-economic rights and legitimate interests of its members. Currently, the educational institution hasthere was a certain system of social partnership, which is one of the priorities of the trade union.
ㅤThe trade union committee of students conducts its work in close contact with the trade union committee of college employees, the administration, the regional trade union committee, as well as public organizations dealing with youth issues.

ㅤTo achieve these goals, diverse work is carried out, during which the following tasks are solved:
Targeted impact on the personality of students in order to form a positive worldview based on the traditional values of Belarusian society (advocacy, ideological andwork, civic and patriotic education).
Social protection of students (according to the functions of the trade union organization).
Creation of conditions for the formation of mental and physical health of young people (promotion of healthy lifestyle, sports and recreation work, involvement of sports sections in participation, promotion of sports achievements, joint work with the socio-psychological service of the college)
<li>Housing and household work (participation in the organization of accommodation in the dormitory, in the formation and activities of the Dormitory Council, in solving issues of catering for students, etc.)
Cultural and mass activities (organization and holding of various concerts, creative contests, evenings of rest, organization of students' participation in cultural and mass events of the district and the city, educational activities and work on aesthetic education, together with the theater group "Syabryna", etc.)
Creation of conditions for the disclosure of the professional potential of students (participation in the organization of conprofessional skills courses, exhibitions, competitions of reports on practices and business games, organization and holding of intellectual games, participation in the organization of construction and student detachments together with the BRSM NGO)
Development of student self-government (effective work of the group's assets, training of professional groups, organization of students' participation in the work of the college at all levels, encouragement of initiative and independence of members of the trade union organization).
ㅤAll these tasks are reflected in the work plans of the trade union committee. The leading role in their implementation is played by the students themselves, since the encouragement of independence and initiative for us is the key to the successful training of a specialistc, mid-level executives.
ㅤ Regulatory documents and incentives, such as a reduction in tuition fees and the appointment of allowances to the scholarship, as well as lists for accommodation in the dormitory and candidates for eviction, are mandatory agreed with the trade union committee of students.
