ㅤThe main goal of the trade union is to protect the labor, professional, socio-economic rights and legitimate interests of members of their trade union, improve working conditions, increase legal guarantees for the activities of the trade union organization of the branchBSTU BGLK

ㅤTo achieve this goal, the Trade Union solves the following tasks:

• improving the living standards, material and spiritual well-being of members of their trade union and their families;

• improving their skills and professional retraining in accordance with changes in the structures and level of development of production; full employment of workers;

• improvement of the remuneration system inin accordance with its quantity and quality;

• improving the protection of human health and the environment, introducing harmless technologies;

• conclusion of agreements and collective agreements, control and implementation, implementation of labor legislation in relation to members of the Forest Workers' Union and participation in its improvement;

• assistance in resolving labor disputes (conflicts)
